Traditional white gold relies on rhodium plating that wears off. C.A.R.E. Gold™ White ends that cycle: a gold white that holds, with no replating.
Clasps, cases and rotors face constant friction. Atomic bonding keeps the finish from flaking and holds its lustre under daily wear.
Gold applied with micron-level precision, down to 50 µm, on fragile substrates such as feather, mother-of-pearl or carbon fibre.
Our certified processes deliver targeted performance across the spectrum of watchmaking needs:

The ultimate neutral white gold finish. Ideal for cases and micro-components, it stays white forever, whether applied on solid gold or stainless steel.

Engineered for bracelets and high-stress parts. A superior hardness that protects the perceived value of the timepiece.

Unrivaled ability to execute complex patterns and bespoke hues for dials and intricate watch strap.
Bespoke watch straps are custom-designed straps tailored to a Maison and its clients, crafted from high-quality materials and often personalised with gold finishes. Daumet does not manufacture straps: we apply gold to the straps made by strap manufacturers and luxury houses, on their own materials.
We do not make straps - we gild them. Daumet applies gold to straps supplied by their maker, on a wide range of materials including exotic leathers such as alligator, to create a unique and durable finish.
Daumet offers gold finishes on cases, dials, clasps and decorative elements. Our gilding expertise applies these finishes to a wide range of materials, ensuring a cohesive design across a timepiece.
Daumet combines traditional craftsmanship with a lab-grade PVD process. Every piece we gild is treated to the same certified standard, whatever the substrate, and returned to its maker for assembly.
