Process: PVD Gold Vapor Technology
Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) applies gold at atomic level—creating denser thin film than electroplating. Atomic Adhesion Gold atoms bond directly to substrate surface. Result: no peeling, no delamination, no cracking even under flex. Controlled Composition Precise gold-tungsten ratio ensures certified 18K/22K gold content while enhancing mechanical properties. Thickness Control Deposition from 0.5 to 5µm depending on application— thinner than electroplating (10-20µm) with superior performance.
